All orders are freshly packed and handed over to Thailand Post within 2 to 3 working days after payment confirmation.

Air Mail: 5-15 business days.
Surface Mail: up to 60-70 days (used for heavy parcels or orders containing liquids).

We multi-layer wrap every jar and bottle so damage in transit is virtually impossible. If anything arrives damaged, we reship or refund 100%.
