I bought this in January (it is now September), so I've had a long-term experience and used it through all seasons. This was the last attempt at something other than antiperspirant before I went back (end of a three year struggle). There have only been three days that I felt it was inadequate, and I was left smelling like a barn. It does allow me to sweat normally, but somehow it seems to neutralize the bacteria that creates body odor. Also, after 9 months of use, I still have at least half of it left, so it is definitely more economical than buying a stick of deodorant every month, even with the higher initial cost. I love it, and will stick with it.
