Green Curry - one of the most popular dishes in Thailand. Unlike other kinds of curry, the curry is not too sharp. In Thai "Green Curry" sounds like Kang Wang, which means "sweet curry."
Thai green curry - a meat dish, especially loved by tourists for the island, slightly sweet taste with a delicate aroma of coconut. Green curry being prepared on the basis of a special paste consisting of green chili peppers and various spices. Green curry, like most Thai dishes, usually served with hot boiled jasmine rice.
Ingredients: chili, lemongrass, shallots, garlic, salt, galangal, shrimp paste, coriander seeds, kafir lime zest.
